I wanted to order the chore boy from ebay, they show two different types: one which says chore boy ultimate scrubbers new and improved 3x stronger and another which is just chore boy copper scrubbers perfect for pots and pans

is the new and improved better for dmt or is better to stick to the other one?

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I would say get the original one. I did a quick google and cant find any definitive description of the actual improvements, but I am guessing that its just a little thicker, or they wove it differently or something.

You dont need the 3x stronger one, but since the price is cheap you "could" test it out and get back to us with a side by side comparison of physical description and use.

Otherwise just stick with what we know works. Also, don't burn the copper to clean it like many people are doing. If you read through the faq on the chore boy website you will see that all they use is mineral oil. That can be cleaned off with a solvent like acetone. Just soak it in acetone for 30 minutes, then set out to evap off the acetone.

Thanks for the advice, I might just stick with what's been tested.
If anyone else knows if the new one is useful pls advise

I agree with Anrchy...cooper is cooper. But if you do decide to try it out, and it does make a difference, please let us know. Thumbs up

Is that necessary? I never did this but I'm assuming mineral oil isn't going to kill me.
