Hiyas!
So, first post here. I'll get to making an essay eventually, when I get into the sort of anally retentive mood that lets me focus on something for long enough to write it out

I'm a gardener, and tend to grow a lot of fruits and veggies and such, so I figured I might as well try to grow some Chacruna, since its legal to own. (It'll likely be somewhere in the neighborhood of half a year before they germinate, but I'm patient) Now, I know I can't just make tea from the leaves, you need an MAOI to orally activate it. I have passionflower, which I also recently planted figuring, oh, an MAOI that is also a tasty tea. However, what I'm reading now is that passionflower is rather weak as far as MAOIs go, and I might not get an effect.
Well, I've got plenty of time before my Chacruna makes enough leaves to do anything with anyway. So I figured I'd start getting advice.
Questions:
Can I extract enough MAOIs from passionflower to warrant using it for that purpose in an ayahuasca analog?
Is it better to make an ayahuasca analog, or to go through an extraction process to get free DMT from the chacruna?
If it is better to make an ayahuasca analog, what, if not passionflower, are some good, readily obtainable seeds, that I can grow into something with enough MAOIs in it? (also of note here, one with other uses would be good. I'm trying to rely less and less on Big Pharma and Big Farming, so I'm trying to grow as many useful plants as I can with as much utility as I can in a rather small apartment)
Information on the Wider Web on these things have been scant and contradictory, so I thought it might be best just to ask these questions directly instead of trying to get Google to make sense of them for me.
Anyway, thanks in advance for the help, this seems like it'll be a nice place to forum on.
