I'll just humbly ask to please do some more research first or post specifics.. You'll find that people here are very willing to help- but no one is a fan of spoon feeding those who just don't feel like doing the research and want everyone to break it down for them, no offence. There have been looaadds of threads similar from this which you can learn a lot from. I would learn a tek so that you can do it in you're head, and then if you have specific questions, people here are all ears...and so are people in the chat. (although next time please post it in the correct subforum in the welcome area called "general extraction help"..not general discussion.)
