I am exploring thesis options and I am extremely curious (this week, lol) about drug law precedence versus theoretical penalties, does anyone know of an experienced narcotics lawyer in the Toronto area? I would very much like to pay such a fellow for his insights but I am worried about wasting money, "lawyer time money", on someone who is not the real thing...how does one find out about a lawyer's past cases and their win loss record anyway? (this last comment is more of a hypothetical musing) Psychedelic manufacturing penalties in practice are of particular interest.
