I boldly set out to make tea with very dilute HCl, but I'm having difficulty now figuring out how to reduce the brew. I have a few liters, and dare not use any metal. I was able to use the ceramic insert from one of my slow cookers on the stovetop under close supervision until it cracked, but it lasted for a decent amount of time. I have a glass pot but it gets extremely hot and I would risk burning the brew. Can anyone think of a solution?
