ok I washed 4g spice in 80ml naphtha and 20 ml water with a pinch of SC. put in freezer over nite. about 3/4g to 1g yield of still faint yellow spice. where did I go wrong I've lost a gram from washing 14g but loosing 3 on 4 is a bit much. was it the way I washed it? to much water or S.carb. please help

did you separate the water from the Naptha before freezing?

Yes, I made sure the water was out. I did several transfers to make sure.
