hey everyone ive been wondering will changing acid half way through an A/B effect the end product or just convert it to what ever acid was used last? thanks guys

No, changing the acid half way through will generally not effect the end product when it comes to spice. Acid is fundamentally just a source of H+ which is the same from any acid.
