I am in the market for a hot plate and I am wondering if the standard supermarket hot plate is viable for extraction tek's. I know open flames and the red hot coil type are to be avoided, but what about the ones with cast iron plates, or how about induction cookers? I am wondering what type of hot plate I need so as to not ignite the naptha fumes.
