I feel that the official extraction help thread is not getting as much attention as it deserves. I believe that the reason is that fresh posts are not standing out (because the thread is stickied?) and it takes ages to realise that someone has posted there waiting for a reply.

This is a bit unfair to people who want to post their questions in the right place instead of starting a new thread.
