I've been a psychonaut for some time now, only recently delving into tryptamines. And what a wonderful mental expanse I've found. I was impressed by this site the first time I found myself here--by now it is one of my favorite resources.

My hyperspace travels have been few thus far, but each powerful and unbelievably vivid. The most persistent of my memories is a towering, hyperdimensional coiling of florescent metal tubing, vaguely feminine. Some sort of spiritual machine. Her body, a warehouse of futuristic modules, spun and interwove itself, giving the impression of extra spatial dimensions wound into a holographic projection.

I was a bit afraid for my first few takeoffs, but now I harbor only excitement for future journeys. The universe smiles electric.

Welcome Crustacean Think! (great name btw)

It's totally normal to feel nervous before takeoff... Experienced users still get nervous but have good mechanisms for dealing with that. It is truly a great mental expanse.

Your feminine tube-form entity sounds stunning. As you get more experience, you'll develop means of recalling your visions more clearly, although its always a challenge to articulate. Try keeping a journal or possibly an audio recorder with you- the sooner you start describing your experiences, the more you'll recall.

What is an encounter the first time like? I imagine it would been rather life changing. Have you ever tried to test there intellect? It seems from what I've read, that people tend to let them do the talking.

For me, the encounters have been visions--no dialogue. I've been entranced by forms, colors, and geometries, but so far there has been no verbal language. That said, I kept my eyes open during a recent trip, and I spent most of my time looking at a massive tree in incredibly vivid detail. Though no words were spoken, I felt acutely aware of what the tree was, suddenly conscious of its inter-workings. The thousands of color patterns seemed to connote biological mechanisms. Not that I understood specifically, but much of the extreme variation in color seemed to represent water and nutrient flow, photosynthetic efficiency, etc.
