Hello all

I don't know which is the best section of the forum to post this question, so I've added it here.

I live in a region that is really rich in native Alligator-bark tree (Piptadenia gonoacantha) - this thing grows literally everywhere. I even know a tree that is slowly falling down and will be cut some time soon (btw, it's falling over my house)

According to some sources it's a DMT source;

Piptadenia gonoacantha (Mart.) Macbr.
DMT 0.48% dry wt. in seed.
DMT 0.07% dry wt. in pods.
DMT 35% of 0.2% dry wt. in bark.
Sávio Nunes et al. 1982 (via GC-MS)

Does anyone know of any extraction using its bark as source material?
Is it considered viable or safe?

Thanks!

Live plants. Sustainable, ethically sourced, native American owned.
