I used to have a history with strong opiates and went through therapy and doctors to get clean. I had a doctor who didnt really care just wanted to write his suboxone scripts and get you out of the office. Almost a year ago I moved and had to find another doctor liscensed to write suboxone scripts. I literally just happen to pick a random doctor from Suboxone's own directory. That doctor just happen to be Jeffrey Kamlet. If you dont know he is one of the biggest pioneers in ibogaine study and treatment. This man is brilliant. I love appointments with him because he is so insightful. We talk about psychedelics allthe time which I find kind of funny since hes a substance abuse specialist. When you walk into his waiting room he has a big picture of him sitting next to a laptop that has a picture of the i organize molecule on Erowids site. It's crazy how fate brings you certain places. He's done ibogaine conferences all over the world one even in Alex Grays sacred hall of mirrors(they are personal friends which is so cool!!). Anyways I just wanted to share this with the community. If anyone is truly interested in ibogaine treatments I can reference you and give you contact information. Ive been blessed to have him as my doctor. Sorry to make so many threads but I'm still restricted to open discussion and I just have so much on my mind.
"I embrace my desire to feel the rhythm, to feel connected
enough to step aside and weep like a widow
to feel inspired, to fathom the power,
to witness the beauty, to bathe in the fountain,
to swing on the spiral of our divinity and still be a human" -Tool
