I have been checking out this forum for a couple weeks now. It has excellent instructions, advice and insight that will help me in my future vention to journey to the space between the space. I have not taken that journey yet but I have read many of the different teks and advice. I have all my stuff ordered but the website that I ordered thew root bark from, seems to be one of those sites that keeps giving excuses as to why they don't have any in stock at the moment. I have decided to use a combination of a couple different teks for the extraction.

While I am waiting for the root bark and all the labs equipement, I decided to make "The Machine" as posted on this forum. It came out pretty good but since it is a full sized wine bottle, I decided to drill a second hole as a carb. I hope that works ok and I will post a message later if it does.

The things that I am going to take with me into this journey are, Christianity, a little knowledge of quantum physics and an interest to dig into the scientific aspect of spirituality. That is my hopeful intent but we will see how shaken up that gets along the way.

I am going to take some of the advice that says to start out with small doses. I have a very high metabolism which has stopped me from having any sort of psychedelic visions on the few occasions years ago when I experimented with LSD and mushrooms. My intent is not to bring any fear or discomfort with me when I finally do break-through. From some of the posts it wpuld seem that some of the people have an opinion that taking some small doses first, does not prepare you for what happens with the actual break-through but I think it will at least allow me to gain some sense of comfort by being able to learn to let go in those initial stages which will help me to gain a sense of comfort which will be a better mindset to start with instead of just going all-in the first time and being nervous.

I first became interested in DMT when I saw the documentary DMT The Spirit Molecule, about a month ago. In the last 2 weeks or so I have spent hours each day browsing the internet, absorbing all I can about the subject. I have at least 40 to 50 hours invested in that so far.

I'm not sure what to add here and what to leave out, so seeing as this is my first post I think I will leave it at that and hopefully I will have completed my first DMT journey within a week or so. Until then I will be reading more posts in this forum.

Welcome and good luck with your journeys, one thing i'd like to say is with the machine I found a larger bottle hindered its use, for me I found smaller more efficient.

I have definitely had many encounters with the spirit of Yeshua while on DMT and or LSD and Ayahuasca....

As far as using a full sized wine bottle to make a machine goes....I'm afraid it won't be very practical....I would definitely recommend downsizing to a large glass shooter...there are some interesting shapes available..

DMT is very versatile since it can be administered in many, many ways. If you are nervous about smoking freebase, you can always make rue & jurema tea. It is as hard to make as a cup of coffee. Hyperspace comes on gently and the experience lasts for hours instead of minutes. The only bad part is that you have to take an MAOI first.

But if that's not your cup of tea (pun intended!), please use caution with the size your dose when using freebase. Just because you have a high metabolism doesn't mean you won't be sensitive to DMT.

Haha, make sure you exhale after milking that sucker up, so you can get that hit down into your lungs and follow it up with some fresh air... I bet it'll hit like a deadblow hammer from the depths of the cosmos!

Thank you all for such rapid and informative responses. I am going to heed some of that advice and make a smaller machine today. When I first started looking into this journey, ayahuasca did seem appealing to me, but now, a long journey that lasts for several hours along with all that vomitting and other possible bodily movements just doesn't seem as appealing anymore. Only time will tell, but for my first couple times it's going to be small steps, small doses and slow deep inhales.
