Yes, the DMT will be drinkable, but unless you've ingested harmalas in some form or another (i.e. syrian rue, caapi tea, harmine/harmaline/tetrahydroharmine freebase), then it won't have any effects. Assuming you've achieved proper MAO inhibition via the harmalas, the trip can last typically anywhere from 1-8 hours, with the average probably being around 2-4 hours.
