REPORT:

A few people have been posting their first LSD trips and that inspired me to write this, plus I wanted a written account to preserve this memory that I am afraid may one day leave the grasp of my mind.

Me and a friend, let's call him X had been planning on taking LSD ever since our first day in college and away from the crutches of the home. When Lucy finally stumbled into our path by complete surprise, we couldn't contain our desire and excitement and choose to partake the very next day.

1 and a half blotters were placed on my tongue on the walk back through bridges and forest after my afternoon English course. By the time both of us were back in our dorm and had met up, the first effects were already being felt. I had a big smile on my face for no reason whatsoever, just feeling pleasantly happy on a bright summer day. We grabbed our ipods and some waters and set off for the campus nature trails and lake, it seemed like a proper place for our first LSD trip. Immediately after stepping back into the light of day a profound sense of peace and euphoria was building inside me as I listened to some wonderful trance music on a boardwalk that led to the main road. With every step I felt on top of the world as the bass bumped alongside my heart. I was reminded strongly of MDMA and to this day continue to have the same come-up on every LSD trip.

After 20 minutes of walking along the road, we hit the entrance to the forest trail. By this time my perception was already being changed..in an eerie way, but not menacing. The path ahead was stretching into what was perceived to be a never-ending walk towards the unknown. The trees were curling, bending inward creating a cylinder-like tunnel of darkness. My friend told me that he was barely experiencing anything, except for being a little high similar to a marijuana high. I told him in obstructed and confusing sentences that I was definitely not in the same mind as I was before. This seemed to upset him. I felt bad but we continued walking to the lakeside. We sat down on a bench and as I gazed down towards the millions of pine-needles littering the forest path the visuals distortions seemed to be settling down a bit as I was hallucinating very mildly compared to previous fungi voyages. This and a combination of feeling bad for my friend led us to go back to our dorm and just relax. By the time we had gotten there the trip had diminished, save for very minor visual distortion that I had to do work to achieve (lame).

Both of us were unimpressed and a bit let down. We accepted defeat as we entered our regular head-space and decided to do our afternoon cannabis blunt with a few of our hall-mates. 2 grams were wrapped into a dutch and we went back towards the boardwalk of the woods..one, two, three puffs were taken as the blunt made its way through the group, fourth rotation comes and the smoke pours from my lips and nostrils..

and then it happened Shocked

Instantly, without a second of come-up, no warning, nothing, I was thrown away from my body at a rapid speed and when I was gifted with the ability to perceive again, I was looking far ahead to a brown haired boy sitting on the boardwalk with a couple of friends. It took a couple of seconds to register but when it did: "that is me" rang in my head.

"HOLLLLY SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTT" screamed my consciousness as I raced back towards my body at what must have been hundred of miles per hour. I hit my body with my soul full force and opened my eyes again. "Dude are you gonna pass that or what?" "Pass..?!?!? what sjfhjdhf skdjaq" my mind was exploding, and certainly not functional as I began to realize that I was tripping harder than I ever had in my entire life. My friends just took it from my hands and stared at me in disbelief as I just sat there, hallucinating madly. At one point I looked over at X and met his eyes and there was a mutual understanding that we were both, indeed, tripping. Our hall-mates realized that we were 100% out of it and were saying "nice" and "that's good" to us as we preceded to start the hardest walk back to our room of our lives. I remember getting into the elevator to go to the 5th floor and the second the doors closed the floor dropped out from under me and my legs began to stretch and grow exponentially. The whole ride up I was a giant, standing 200 ft high in an elevator tunnel. When the doors opened I just stood there and stared at the ground and my hall-mates at this point had to take my arm and start walking me back. Finally after what seemed like ages I made it back to my room and sat on my bed as my friend followed through the door. I sat down and stared at him as he shut the door and as soon as it was locked he looked back at me and made a face that told me very clearly that you don't have to say anything at all, I'm right here with you.

And let the fun begin, said Lucy and Mary Twisted Evil

Now I was in for it, and I knew it. I didn't even know what to do with myself at this point. And nor do I remember in what order things happened next but I can recall several intense and main experiences that came forth:

1. We started to watch the universe series on history channel and I couldn't even make it past the introduction of the series where it showed the earth and then zoomed out to show the solar system and then zoomed to show the galaxy and then so on and so forth until it finally dawned on me and I had a full, complete understanding of the scale of our cosmos we dwell inside. This took about 10 seconds of watching to realize before I was on my hands and knees crying harder than I ever had over anything in my petty 17 years on earth.

2. Looking at X, I had some of the most wild hallucinations of him that I didn't even deem possible. I saw him as a snake with two heads, then the two headed snake went back to a person with four heads, then eight, then fucking 16 heads. I was literally viewing my friend with 16 heads all staring in different directions. My eye filters were 100% disabled at this point. He then turned completely transparent and starting floating feet above the ground as a ghost. I knew he was transparent because I could see through him and behind him was my Jimi Hendrix poster that was easily visible through his body.

3. I put in my ipod and attempted to close my eyes but was much to afraid of the insanely colorful, pulsating, and energy holding visuals that were underneath. I opened my eyes and said "too much" to my friend and he told me to listen to the song with them open then. I blindly followed his orders and proceeded to have a divine moment with a beautiful trance song that took me away to places I can't remember.. for anyone interested the song was Adam Szabo - Falcon (Original Mix) if you listen to this song and try to picture what kind of head-space I was in then you will get the idea Razz

4. Last but not least after another out of body experience (which were becoming somehow..normal now) I sat down on my bed and went into half lotus position. As soon as I did I felt the vibrations of the world begin to hum and sing as everything around me became blurry and unrecognizable except for the outline of my body which was now completely white and made of light and love. I. was. light. My entire body radiated of it as I began to slip into what I can only describe as a state of nirvana. It wasn't happiness, it wasn't joy or love. It was complete COSMIC PERFECTION on every level I had ever known and not known. I really can't even give any more detail on this as my language begins to fail me.

Eventually we came down from the marijuana high that had brought us to this level to realize that it had only been an hour and a half since we smoked outside. I rode out the rest of the day in awe of what was given to me. I knew this is was more than just tripping, more than just "taking LSD and hanging out in nature" as my immature and naive thoughts as a 18 year old BOY were obliterated, never to be seen again.

This experience changed me, my views on psychedelics and how they are used for the better. It sparked a thirst to experience more that has led me to this site (a blessing in its own) and eventually to DMT and proper use of psychedelics as strong agents for change, and tools to experience things that our sober minds will never comprehend.

Thanks for reading.

Very nicely described...Thumbs up Thumbs up
And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not percieve the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, "brother let me remove the speck from your eye", when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye?-Yeshua ben Yoseph

Good story man. Always great hearing about pleasant first experiences Smile. You have only just brushed the surface in broadening your perspective.

All things I say are complete and utter ramblings of nonsense. Do not consider taking anything iterated from the depths of my subconsciousness rationally and/or seriously.
