Personally (no expert here) I think those might by panaeolus foenisecci. The gills look a little too light colored to be p.cinct and the stems are usually darker. Also it looks like the stem bent as opposed to snapped which is usually what pan.cincts do (snapping).
Some pan cincts I found a while back..

edit: The spore print is a good way to tell. Note the prints are jet black, however smaller mushrooms like the ones you have don't really provide much of thick print often anyway. Pan. foes often grow near pan.cincts and they still fool me sometimes. Pan. cincts are more snobby from what I can tell though and like really well fertilized and luscious lawns. Pan foe stems when squeezed will be more watery and brown. Pan cincts will snap audibly usually.

No expert here either but I just recently found some at a park and put the pics up at the shroomery and they said they were indeed pan. cinctulus.

The easiest way for me to tell the difference was that the stems were a lot stronger and had a red-brown base compared to the white brown flimsy pan. foe stems.

Also the gills on the cinctulus are dark, charcoal grey to blackish and are mottled. The foes will have brown gills. And ya, the prints should be jet black, be careful because the foe prints can LOOK black but aren't truly jet black so you might want to draw on the paper with a sharpie or something.

Oh, and the gills rarely fall below the margin (lowest part of the cap) on cinctulus where foes will often have gills protruding from the bottom of the cap.

I'd say you have foenisecci as well.
