Has anyone ever tried to view a 'magic eye' picture while under the effects of DMT?
Day after day, alone on a hill. The man with the foolish grin is keeping perfectly still. But nobody wants to know him, they can see that he's just a fool,
And he never gives an answer . . .
But the fool on the hill, Sees the sun going down,
And the eyes in his head, See the world spinning 'round

Everything I write is part of the dream inside the dream

Its a fractilized or repeating pattern that has a three dimensional image hidden inside of it. You have to diverge your eyes to see it. If you cross your eyes it becomes inverted.

I am curious to why you ask this then, what can be gained from looking at such a thing while under the influence of DMT.

DMT already provides the 3-D imagery for you, and the fractals.

Is this the kind of picture that you're talking about? I have yet to try dmt, however I can see the hidden image if I stare at it long enough.
A dramatic shift approaches...

Yes DMT already provides these effects but in a different way and degree. It would be interesting to see how the DMT effects would alter the perception of the magic eye. It may create an entirely new effect or it may provide some correlation between physical fractals and sensory fractallization brought on by DMT.

May be more interesting to test these with shrooms in my opinion. I like closing my eyes on any dose of dmt. But I hear shrooms enhances your visual acuity and edge detection. If you had a study of magic eye shroomers you could get a statement going.

Shrooms would be interesting also. The main effect would be to see if the compounds affect the ability of the subject to perceive the stereoscopic image. This would determine whether our perception of our senses is being altered or our actual senses themselves, like a compound that gives the subject the ability to see in infra-red for example.
