Hey I am looking to start posting in the Aya forum as that is what I am working with currently. I recently started micro dosing ( about 1/10 of a full experience) once in the morning and once in the evening. I find that I am much calmer and relaxed. Meditation is much easier for me. Colors are brighter and things are generally better. I dont feel any strong psychedelic effects yet. I am curious as to if microdosing daily will end up building residual effects in me so that one day I may just end up getting a full blown experience or the opposite if any tolerance builds. I can say off the bat that I haven't felt any tolerance increase I will keep posting about the cumulative effect. Please make me a full member Smile

Figured I'd give you guys a brief history of my substance use. I have extensive experience working with Psilocybin (60+), LSD (50+), the 2C Family (10+) , Ketamine (200+), DXM (10+), Salvia (5+), MDMA (250+) and DMT (15+). I have done Ayahuasca (full journeys), Changa and mescaline twice and Iboga and Peyote once. I find Ayahuasca to be what speaks to me most. It is such a powerful and nurturing healer. I am excited to learn more about the medicine through exploration and discussion, and I am glad to be able speak to people that are knowledgeable on the subject.

Do you think microdosing everyday is more benificial than just mega-dosing a few times a month? If so, why do you believe this is the case?
And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not percieve the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, "brother let me remove the speck from your eye", when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye?-Yeshua ben Yoseph

That's an interesting approach, do you plan on gradually increasing your dose. What's your tea preparation like? Are you working with traditional caapi and chacruna? It's a nice way for your body to get used to the medicine. When you take a larger dose, you'll be more comfortable.

I noticed more of an increased sensitivity, so there definitely wasn't any tolerance.

It won't build and build into a full blown journey but after a while there can be some great benefits in how you feel, and in conjunction with more frequent full brews it definitely allows you to go deeper with smaller amounts ( while simultaneously you may find you can deal with larger and larger amounts as well)

I microdosed every day for over a year, and took full doses like 2 times a week as well..I had to stop not long ago becasue the effects are cumulative and the effects honestly became more than what I expected. I have stopped microdosing for now anyway because it got to the point where I felt like I had permanently dissolved the boundries that keep our perception of daily life seperate from the other psychedelic worlds. Many times I would need to go lay down at random times as I would feel a trip comming on. I would wake up in the middle of the night deep into some kinds of transpersonal psychic or mystical experiences..

I dunno it just got too weird for me to deal with every single day. Drinking full doses weekly as it is is enough atm..I need to let all the microdosing level out in my system before I start daily dosing like that again.

It all culminated with an experience that went beyond what I am capable of languaging and no ammount of rational thinking can really get to the root of..I drank more ayahuasca that day than I care to drink for at least a very long time and what went on for a period of time after that was something like a shamanic ordeal..due most likely to my diet, constant microdosing and frequent macrodosing combined with that one dose that just cracked my head open. Not all of it was pleasant by a long shot either.

I just dont need to microdose anymore at the moment.
Long live the unwoke.

Yeah i have had a few friends experiment with themselves in this way,

Micro dosing on various Mind Expanding* substances,

LSD, Changa, Psilocin,

It is mushroom season and we just gathered a nice harvest of shrooms so i am going to Dose myself up with say; chewing 100mg of psilocin containing mushroom a day - duration to be found. Dose may vary.

Just enough to be in system residually very low dose to fine tune my vibrations. Pleased

I am a midst writing a book so am looking forward to writing and creativeness

Hey guys, not sure its relevant but I read an interesting book called 'Smart Drugs and Nutrients' by Dr Ward Dean & John Morgenthaler.
a bit mainstream hype but has GREAT references. And its not really about psychedellics, but looks at increases in attention rates and increased memory etc, good stuff ..

Certain chemicals and foods may act to increase the effects of psychotropic compounds (page 4Cool.
So by having a lifestyle variable as simple as having say no fruit this month, may have not only influenced our human evolution immensely, but also maybe your micro-dosing trials.

I suppose having a psychedellic private existance whilst also a 'normal' outside /job/people/interact/ type life may seem a tad split/ schizoid. It is a bit to be honest hahah

But my point is, It would and never has accured to me to micro-dose LSD, absolutely never..
I am facinated as to what happens....... so I love the thread.Thumbs up

Gowpen;

You may know but Albert Hoffman, after discovering LSD-25 did research the compound most his life, and once collected data was integrated, he called LSD-25 Medicine for the mind.

He took micro doses of LSD for years and years, until he announced that he was cured, and he no longer had a need to take LSD.

I am not 100% knowledgeable on all his works; BUT You know he did live 102 years so he had something.

Also HOFFMAN LOVED chemistry he projected his love into all his work and life, and that love helped him find LSD-25, he loved chemistry so much he did not have any children.
