Hello, I'm not a regular on the Nexus and I don't even know if this is the right sub-forum to post this... But I had an overwhelming urge to make this post. Where the motivation came from? I have no clue.... But I feel that there will be some emergency ban on the plants we all know and love... To be honest I have little knowledge of politics or the law... But I have been hearing more and more about DMT in mainstream media, and seeing articles claiming "how bad DMT is"... This seems to be the trend of something they want to make illegal... and I know dmt is already illegal, but obtaining the plants is not. And I feel with these news articles lately.... It may soon become more difficult(or become illegal) to but these amazing plants.

I am sad. I knew this day would come, but it kinda snuck up on me! And I just had the sudden inspiration to post this... I dont even know what type of responses to expect, I just wanted to express how I felt.

We've been watching the snake constrict these things for quite a while, but there is a solution. Learn to grow them.

pfft, good luck, dimethyltryptamine is virtually one of the most abundant compounds found. Even if your state where to ban the plants containing this compound, like the above poster said you can grow it. Not only can you grow it, you could also obtain mhrb through suppliers illegally. You don't see any state banning san pedro cactus do you? Over my dead body only will this ever happen.
Its in your head

There is an authority that outranks all "earthly" powers.

That is the "power" that wants DMT to be available and as long as that "force" wants DMT to be accessible then it will be. There is nothing any human(s) can do to stop it.....

..................RESISTANCE TO THE DMT IS FUTILE.............................................
................EVENTUALLY EVERYONE WILL BE ASSIMILATED.......................................
.......................INTO THE COLLECTIVE HIVE...............................................

ha ha just kidding...
(sort of)

And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not percieve the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, "brother let me remove the speck from your eye", when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye?-Yeshua ben Yoseph

Im happy to hear your concern! iv heard its in some cheese, so they might as well make cheese illegal. But not to worry I believe the upcoming generation will be different, we just need all these old fart bureaucrats to get out and make way for the new!

If you're meant to use DMT reality will find a way to get it to you.

DMTripper is a fictional character therefore everything he says here must be fiction.
I mean, who really believes there is such a place as Hyperspace!!

This guy says that eating cheese might have effected his dream experience. This could mean that cheese could enhance the output of DMT in the sleep cycle. But I am no genius so who knowsRazz you might like to look at it there isn't much there but I just want to post the link for verification.

Here is another link to something related to this subject.

http://www.drugs-forum.c...m/showthread.php?t=68802

My personal thoughts on this is that DMT is not found in cheese at all, and it seems a little absurd to me to think that cheese would make the experience more intense. But who am I to know?Razz

The only way to find out if it does? Eat some cheese and then smoke some DMT and see what the effects are like. I am in no position to do this myself but if anyone else would I would be greatly interested in the results.

^ Didn't read the article but I'm pretty sure its because of the choline in cheese.

This is exactly my reason for growing these lovelies(and the reason I joined this site). Already the morons who write the law in my state have banned plants that I feel I have every right to possess. I am sick to death of the bullshite reasons they give as well.
As I said in another post; the media goes out of its way to demonize these spritual plants every time there is a tragedy caused by some unbalanced individual.
If they were so concerned with the harm certain substances cause, alcohol and tobacco would be 1st on their list.
Those two have taken a huge toll on my life and those in my family.
I don't have any experience with DMT and I may never try it but having the ability to do so is paramount to me.

Back to on topic, I gain a great deal of satisfaction each time I'm successful with one of my unusual, hard to grow babies. Some of the more exotic plants have very little info on their growing needs, ph req, type of soil, cold stratification, etc. Once this year is out I hope to publish my notes on my experiences with these plants to sort of give back to all the helpful posters on this site.

Not sure how this recommendation relates to DMT. ( Salvia, weed. ok) You mean try and grow Mimosa hostilis? or the Amazonian Psychotria? Not so easy or practical for those living in northern climes. Also if they banned MHRB and other DMT plant sources, there's that scary word "Forfeiture" relating to the confiscation of private property " It's one thing to trash a weekend extraction facility in short shrift if things get hairy. Another matter to eliminate a mini farm or nursery if Big Brother comes a knockin. Maybe a Phalaris lawn would solve the problem? ( mow it off) just a pity about the yield.
