My Salvia plants are being plagued with aphids.
This has been going on and of for about four months.

I tried to get rid of them by hand checking the plants every day I think about it.
When this did not help I decided to spray them with urine. This helped but it also give quite a blow to the plants.
Now they are back again always looking for a position under the yougest leefs in the top of the plants.

What is a good biological way to get rid of aphids ?

vinegar, water, crushed peppers and crushed garlic in a spray bottle, add a small amount of neem oil if you can find it. this has kept aphids, grasshoppers and spider mites out of my garden for years.

hope this helps

"biological" ? lady bugs

Many sprays will be more effective than urine, neem, pyrythiums, fatty acids of potassium(insecticidal soap), etc
