Ive tried lucid dreaming before but I couldn't think of what to do on the dream plane. I'm going to try and use lucid dreaming to try and unravel.
Oh and in order to lucid dream you use dream signs (google it) during the day and wake yourself up multiple times during the night. Actually I found lucid dreaming in of itself pretty easy.
