I was curious to know if a plant contains both DMT and tetrahydroharmane, does this mean that it is potentially orally active?

Live plants. Sustainable, ethically sourced, native American owned.

Perhaps... afaik, there's not a lot of bioassay information on tetrahydroharmane.

Extracts of autumn olive theoretically contain tetrahydroharmane and have been reported to have effects when bioassayed, but I don't know that anyone has tried orally activating DMT with this extract. Plus, even if they had, there are a number of other beta-carbolines in the extract that could be responsible for these effects.

What plant are you speaking of?

The plant in question is Petalostylis cassioides (butterfly bush)

It's everywhere here and the more I read the more interesting it seems that it contains both dmt and tetrahydroharmane.

Also do you think both would come through in an extraction?
