1:1 is standard.

A good dose of DMT is eternal.

Well 10x syrian rue could just be ground rue powder. How do you know it's really 10x? Have you dosed 300mg and had a sufficient trip that way?

I would extract the rue stuff and add some freebase harmalas to the changa, myself. 250mg of freebase harmala extract or so per gram of changa.

I have some peganum harmala 3x and know it works at a 1g dose orally for dmt and shrooms boosting. ۩, How could one add this to a changa mix, however? Do I have to extract the alkaloids and dissolve them in the same solvent as the dmt to spread over the leaves, or can I just add it in as is? It's an insanely fine particle size(at least twice as small as the finest ground mhrb i've seen), idk how it would stick to the leaves without just sifting to the bottom in a clay-ish mud.

It will be far more potent if you do something like a manske tek on the rue and adding the extract to changa, rather than just adding rue powder to changa, which will also probably taste disgusting and add a nice layer of harshness to the otherwise smooth changa. And yes, when you make changa, you dissolve alkaloids in a solvent and evaporate onto herb.

What solvent do you use when adding the harmalas to your changa mix? I see freebase harmalas dont dissolve in acetone.
