So i decided to cut down my thinnest san pedro since i´m getting a bunch of new ones too.

First i was gonna eat this 6x60cm piece of cacti myself but i decided to share it with a friend.

We started a bit late so i took out the entire cacti of the pot, cut it into 3 pieces with 1 piece being all of the cacti that was under soil.

Chopped it up like the guides here say, seperated the core and removed the waxy skin and spikes.

I decided to cook all the fine parts in one pot and the core the underground cacti and spikes in one.

the clock was late so we made a crude tea and drank the first part after 1hour of boiling, then we put back the solids and cooked for a few more hours.

All in all we shared the first 2 boils and then i left it with water overnight and combined what was left with the other pot containing the not so fine parts.

Anyway a few short mins after we started drinking the tea it felt like a nice roll, this got up to a decent level before morphing into a lsd like feeling and the smooth visuals became more apparent.

I felt right away glad that i didnt ingest all of this myself since it would have been one helluva ride for sureRazz

After a while i was in a peak which is hard to explain but if mdma lsd and dmt had a baby this would be pretty close.

I had no idea mescaline had this kind of depth and could tell the stories it did while still keeping you in this euphoric state, very very healing experience for sure.

To bad this is not as easy to obtain or grow as some other of these natural entheogens cause this is something i would love to do often.

Anyway i now know my destiny, and that is to buy a house with a big ass garden and grow alot of these cactiTwisted Evil

i guess you are talking about our crazy time at my place!? indeed totally jaw dropping experience like straight out of a castaneda book! i have never had such a contact with a plants spirit not even with caapi, i felt physical presence and heard his (mescalitos) voice clear as day. even my dog was acting really strange!
i remember when i felt his big hand press my head down in psydelic space and later when he showed me some celtic looking heiroglyfs and really really insisted that i had to understand it.
at one moment it almost became to much and he backed of and said
- oh sorry i didnt want to scare you, have a moment to calm down and ill be back and show you more awsome stuff Razz
at one time i even saw a silver dog/ coyte at the side of the couch wich i thought for sure was my dog but when i looked over there it wasnt!
INCREDIBLE!

to add i fellt like a cactus the whole trip and when i had my eyes open the whole room had a desert in the sunset feel to it!

Sounds like you had an amazing time! Indeed the cactus has a very healing quality to it that is difficult to describe to those who haven't experienced it.

I have a good friend who has been going through a difficult period in her life and I'm gently trying to persuade her to try cactus with me. I think it could help her with her alcohol issues. I've read that many of the native American tribes have found good healing from alcohol issues in peyote.

an entheogenic dose of achuma leaves me appreciating sobriety for a long time thereafter

i suggest not persuading but suggesting to your friend this path, enact coyote teaching/ socratic dialogue to let her realize what she needs to do. make her a thirsty horse, then show her the water
