It's sad. Statistics clearly show that legalizing weed in NL was a good move because it reduced infractionality, and the rate of consumption of hard drugs.

Not a smart move at all, me thinks. How can you go so easily over that? How can the government prefer to "create" criminals instead of stoners? Really?
