REPORTSo... yeah. This substance is pretty amazing. I was surprised that my second voyage was so similar to my first a week ago - after last night I feel like I understand why but it definitely surprised me last night. I really feel like the molecule is revealing a set of instructions to me, which I'll try to explain...
I arrive at my friend's luxury urban apartment and drag my supplies with me past the night guard at the front desk and onto the elevator - up to the 12th floor. In tow, I have a rolling laptop/overnight suitcase thing I bought specifically to transport all of my DMT-related supplies, as well as a large art portfolio containing some sacred geometry. Also in my case are several books that might prove useful - two dictionaries of ancient symbols, my copy of "The Scripture of the Golden Eternity" by Jack Kerouac, and two new pictorial books containing Alchemical art and sequences. Tonight, I'll be performing a bit of an experiment on myself for my second voyage with DMT.
About 5 months ago I was laying in my bed and had a vision of a multidimensional red/blue version of Metatron's Cube:
The vision itself only lasted a minute or two, but while I was seeing this structure moving in a multidimensional "fire", I heard a song - Pachelbel's 'Canon in D'. I had no idea what it meant at the time, but I assumed there was some sort of connection between that drawing and the song that might be useful later. After my maiden voyage last week, I assumed that if there was any way I would ever figure out what that connection was, it would be inside of a DMT trip.
I am right on time for the evening's festivities, my friend opens his door and ushers me into his very proper bachelor pad that he shares with his roommate (who will also be partaking of the spice this evening). My friend has never tried DMT and is a bit skittish about it (later, he didn't break through but definitely enjoyed it and wants to try again) and his roommate has only tried it once, which was while drunk and tripping on mushrooms with people he didn't know. So, basically, neither of them had really done it before. Arriving shortly after me are two other friends, including my buddy who hosted my maiden voyage at his place last week. Everyone goes up to the rooftop deck on the 22nd floor to enjoy the view and one last cigarette before we get down to business.
We come back downstairs and settle in for the night - our hosts for the evening pull some old vinyl that might be of interest for the journey. I am already set on using Canon in D, but everyone else settles on an intriguing selection: An old album of Paul Horn playing the flute INSIDE THE GREAT PYRAMID
Which I have to admit turned out to be pretty bad ass. I am the first one to energize and measure out 42mg, same as last week. I sit on the couch and make the necessary adjustments, take some deep breaths and turn on the Pachelbel. I take a few moments to meditate on a large posterboard version of Metatron's Cube that I had made specifically for this occasion and light the torch. One big hit, and I sit back and wait to exhale.
As I exhale slowly, the first thing I notice is that I didn't get as solid a hit as I took last week but still pretty good. 10 seconds goes by and I can feel the intensity level crank up and up and up, just as the violins come in at the beginning of Pachelbel's Canon. The volume of the music seems blisteringly loud, as if it is now being blasted at me through a megaphone the size of a planet. Then, the visuals kick in...
I feel as if I am laying down on the floor and my 4 friends are all standing up and talking to each other - I sink deeper and deeper into the floor until the sensation is more like they are standing over the grave I am laying in, and all of a sudden each of them transforms into 2-dimensional art:
Two of them turn into symbols and two of them turn into pictures of people, and it strikes me that there is something about the fact that there are 5 of us in the room - I have no idea why that makes a difference, but it was just a feeling that the four of them plus me meant something. I am immediately back in the same dimensional space that my first experience occurred in - like watching a 2D surface from only 30cm or so away. Coming into this space is practically identical to my first journey, the same types of patterns of rapidly shifting/kaleidoscopic patterns surrounding an open space where the "action" happens.
It occurs to me that the first time I saw it as more of a cartoon/digital commercial because everything was moving - this was also the case this time - but since I am not as shocked this time I realize that it is more like a book with one massive page the size of all existence. I am very close to the surface of this page and I'm "reading" it - but instead of me moving my eyes to look at words and pictures, I am staying still and the symbols and pictures are moving in front of me. I immediately recognize that this is the same basic symbolism as my first experience a week ago, but instead of it only being in one or two colors (pink/purple), it is now in many colors as if it has been hand-painted with watercolor. The book is very much "alive" and it wants to show me things. I get the impression that this is VERY important to the book, and to me, because this book has something very important to do with me as well. The drawings, the symbols, everything seems as if it's been pulled directly out of the two Alchemy books I brought with me. Those books are sitting on the coffee table in front of my lifeless body right now, and it's as if I have been transported inside of them. I honestly don't know
why I even brought those books with me tonight, but I will come to know afterward that I was
supposed to bring those books.
As the drawings move in front of me, they are trying to show me something - a man pointing at a jar of liquid, a sun symbol, a woman looking down and gesturing at some flowers. At one point a wizard-type gentleman who looks fairly similar to this picture of Hermes Trismegistus
Starts waving at me to pay attention and to follow where he is going so he can show me something. He starts moving and gesturing for me to follow and then... >>POP<< I'm siting back on the couch in my friend's apartment. I am immediately struck by the connectedness of everything in the experience and I get REALLY excited. I'm still having visuals with my eyes open as I try to explain to my friends that I was just inside the books sitting in front of me, and that the combination of the 5 of us sitting together, along with Metatron's Cube and the song were all the key to unlocking the door to that dimension... just then the song ends. Perfect timing!
I am completely awestruck by the incredible synchronicity of the experience, and I attempt to explain that this two-dimensional Alchemy art universe, which is the same place I went on the first trip a week ago, is another dimension of existence that is happening simultaneously to this one that we live in. It strikes me that if I actually took the time to study these books I now have (which include the "Mutus Liber" ) that I would be able to understand what the symbol-people were saying since I would understand their symbolic language. Then I'd be able to figure out what the hell was so important that they were trying to show me...
All in all, totally outstanding experiences so far and I feel really energized for my Aya journey next week. I'm going to do my best to learn as much as I can about Alchemy and all of the associated symbolism between now and then, just in case that's where I go. I am left with a profound sense of gratitude for DMT, if nothing else it has opened the doors of my consciousness and showed me that this life is just a tiny sliver of what is available "out there" to be explored when this is done...
HISTORY:January 25, 2012 (DMT:GVG)
"God is not outside us but is just us, the living and the dead, the never-lived and never-died. That we should learn it only now, is supreme reality, it was written a long time ago in the archives of universal mind, it is already done, there's no more to do." ~ Jack Kerouac
