The Ouroboros is a Greek-derived word meaning "Tail-Devouring Snake", especially in the sense of something constantly re-creating itself, the eternal return, and other things perceived as cycles that begin anew as soon as they end.

After a full weekend of inhebriation, and settling down after a nice evening toke... I'm left with many thoughts, some productive, some not, in regards to evening sessions and the thoughts that followed.

Many philosophies and theories have been made, proved, debunked, shattered, torn, assumptions cast, and ideas shown. Of all these, my most amazing, and yet most manical perhaps, may be the over-taken idea that "Everything is contained within itself."

The idea, or in this case, resulting idea, comes from the assumption that we are all mere cells.

Essentially, within us, we have many cells, white blood cells, red blood cells, hair cells, skin cells, etc.

The idea of all those cells interacting with eachother, and the results which follow, are currently existing ideologies that that is how they work, they all have formulae and it's just "because they work the way they work."

Basically all the cells have cells within them that interact, and so on and so forth, its an eternal flow of reaction, cause and effect if you will.

After applying yourself to the idea, conceptualizing it and materializing it within your freelance mind, a state of eternity cast itself over, invoking idea of extrapolation in thought process.

If within us, THC cells bind to Cannabinoid receptors, and alchohol cells kill brain cells, because of the way they interact, can we not be just another reaction to a concious desicion much larger than ourselves? Can be not be mere organs within something much larger than our comprehension allows?

What if we are, in essence, an organism that is capable of self-awareness, but not capable of recognizing, or realizing, the cause of our effects, what if we are on a permanent path to hell-bent destruction and reformation, because that is our destiny, based on an external force.

Within us, we are worlds unto ourselves, naturally invoking good and bad to our bodies, toxic fumes, cigarette smoke, alcohol, cannabos smoke, candy, sugar, etc, and our cells react accordingly...

Essentially mixing foreign substances with our body is comparable to us meeting with extra-terrestrial "cellular organisms" in our own "organistic host"... and we would react on many different levels, fear, confusion, remorse, sorrow, joy, anger... etc.

Our cells react in such ways to different chemicals we throw into our bodies, be it increasing heart rate, slowing breathing, interfering with speach, thus forth and so on.

But the previous statement;

"What if we are, in essence, an organism that is capable of self-awareness, but not capable of recognizing, or realizing, the cause of our effects, what if we are on a permanent path to hell-bent destruction and reformation, because that is our destiny, based on an external force."

invokes that this cannot be possible, suggesting one of many, flaws existing within this idea perhaps?

Many cells must remain, to carry on life, basic building blocks of life, only the strongest and best of the best survive, is there physicality and mentality within cells? How do we know cells don't adapt because they have worlds unto theirselves, such as we do on earth? We react to cold weather by burning trees, killing animals for clothing, etc... basically destroying our "cell" we live on. Can cells within us have this same reaction? The physicality is always there, but it's concious thought and mentality we cannot measure.

All cells have a conciousness, an ideology, instinct.

Regardless of self awareness or not, instinct is a form of conciousness, and one day soon, we will all be nothing more than instinct.

Everything is contained within itself.
