No discussion allowed of buying drugs, procuring drugs, prices of drugs, trading drugs and TRAFFICKING OF DRUGS.

I know you're trying to do something nice but it's simply not allowed.

Hey liquidearth,

Due to the topics discussed on the DMT-Nexus we advice not to give real life informantion to anyone and certainly not for trading.

The best forum for these kind of things is Exotic Earth Exchange.

Make sure that when you sign up on that site that you use another nickname as on the DMT-Nexus. This to not link your real life address to a nick here.

Kind regards,

The Traveler

Mimosa is in a gray area: On the Legal Status of DMT Source Plants in the US (with a discussion of the religious use defense)

Like I stated in my previous post "Due to the topics discussed on the DMT-Nexus we advice not to give real life informantion to anyone and certainly not for trading."

We have to be prudent here. Like for example we don't really know you or your intentions, this is not something about you personally but more about all the new people who come here and offer gifts. So I hope you do not take this personally, the idea behind your gifting is admirable.

Kind regards,

The Traveler

I doubt anyone is going to send you their real life info. Even if you were giving out peanuts as a gift, people would still be compromising their sense of anonymity on this site. Due to the nature of the topics discussed, and the current laws, it would be extremely irresponsible for anyone to give out their address in any way to any member of this forum.

"let those who have talked to the elves, find each other and band together" -TMK

In a society in which nearly everybody is dominated by somebody else's mind or by a disembodied mind, it becomes increasingly difficult to learn the truth about the activities of governments and corporations, about the quality or value of products, or about the health of one's own place and economy.
In such a society, also, our private economies will depend less upon the private ownership of real, usable property, and more upon property that is institutional and abstract, beyond individual control, such as money, insurance policies, certificates of deposit, stocks, etc. And as our private economies become more abstract, the mutual, free helps and pleasures of family and community life will be supplanted by a kind of displaced citizenship and by commerce with impersonal and self-interested suppliers...
The great enemy of freedom is the alignment of political power with wealth. This alignment destroys the commonwealth - that is, the natural wealth of localities and the local economies of household, neighborhood, and community - and so destroys democracy, of which the commonwealth is the foundation and practical means.” - Wendell Berry

I can think of nothing more important for the survival of our species and those we live with then for us all to have access to the psychedelic experience.

not posting your real address makes you about as safe as SWIMming, imo.

Just because you can get someone's IP doesn't mean its connected at all to their real home address. Maybe I don't have internet at home or even an account with any Internet Service Provider.

The IP adresses on this forum are stored in an encrypted format via an off-site mechanism. So the keys, way of salting and algorythms are not on this server at all. I can assure you that cracking this will take a rather long time and will not be considered worth it by law enforcement.

IF law enforcement wants to retrieve your IP address then the last thing they want to do is grabbing the DMT-Nexus server.

And yes it is MORE as remotely difficult to retrieve an IP address from any poster on this forum. Your assumption that it does not matter if you give your real life address here is a false one and as such should not be promoted here. As MySmelf stated, having your IP address is NOT the same as having your home address.

Kind regards,

The Traveler

correct me if i am wrong (which i most often am), but didn't 4chan have a similar set up that ended up not protecting 'anonymous' at all?

well yeah, but when did i suggest otherwise?

sorry to be so contradictory, but can't one recieve GPS coordinates from ip address?
i know that reverse-lookup of the host can be unreliable (AOL users all appearing to be from virginia etc). but even that works on a good amount of people (ever go to a porn site and have it know which city/state you live in??)
but couldn't one attain coordinates from an ip relatively easily? or am i just mistaken..

1) You have IP location databases, thats a database were the location of blocks of IP's can be found. That is roughly precise enough to know the the city of that IP.

2) You can easily be surfing on the IP of another person, or at a dining or at an open WiFi network or with TOR. So even if you have the IP it does not state your IP address perse.

The Traveler

Yeah, or maybe your a smart mofo and use tor and encrypted vpn's to access quasi-legal information and sites on teh Internets. Wink Besides knowing someones IP =/= knowing their physical address or identity.
