"I've been reading a lot about the potential for this realm to be real and if so, how we can bring information back that is useful. I am wondering if anyone has at any point been able to bring anything back here that is valuable. I'm not talking so much about personal realizations about the importance of Love or truth, while those are important, I am speaking more of any concrete communicable tools for furthering our mental capacities be it telepathy or human advancement. I find this to be a fascinating subject because while there are other avenues of validating this realm as an objective reality, this seems as if it proves it to not only be real, but useful. If you haven't, do you see there to be a possibility to do so?"

although saying it seems a lot easier than doing it, maybe other will chime in with ideas.

the thought of us having physic abilities, a lot easier than retaining, but i would say go for it and try.
I could say we have some abilities we just don't realize it, such as thinking of a friend and they call you, if thats not telepathy than idk what is.

it may not pertain to your thread but if i could just add that last night i was reading Daniel Pinchbech and he mentioned that these ^ synchronicity's are the ones we should be paying close attention to.
