While I haven't seen that exactly (though I know that picture is in someones avatar on this forum), I've seen similar features in visuals of tryptamines. I remember distinctly a trip where I ate mushrooms and lsd and saw many alien looking faces and figures emerging. Lots of elongated heads and large ear/antennae. The meaning of it all... heck if I know?
