I don't see why it would matter, so long as you just boiling cactus in water. Try looking for a stainless/ceramic crock pot instead of a pressure cooker if you are worried about it.
 

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I heard cooking rhubarb in aluminium could weaken it's structure and releasing some, so cactus could be a possible risk as well but I doubt it will take years from your life.

yeah, unless your coking huge amounts of cacti and have been doing so for months, ur in no real danger, the amount of salts needed to do danmage and the amount generated from the average extraction is a safe distance, so go for it and if your still scared, go for the stainless or ceramic
