Im not sure if im the only one who feels this way but ever since ive gotten familiar with the spice, Lucy and i dont seem to have the relationsship we used to. Granted, each time is amazing in its own right but im always left with this feeling of wanting more. Ive tried various dosages/setting/meditations/combos, etc... and to no avail its always just fun, it seems the emotional and spiritual epiphanies i have come to love about Lucy have been casted in shadow by the spice.
Does anybody have any thoughts?
Happy trails...

Well to me, spice is the top of the top...the best of the best.

Once you've had the best.......everything else is just lacking.

That's how I feel about it.

I used to love RCs...now, meh....they were neat, but they sure aren't spice (or aya)
The Spice extends life
The Spice expands consciousness
The Spice is vital for space travel

Nothing compares. To me, it is the perfect molecule. I am beyond content with N,N- being on the pedestal and the highest section of the pyramid.

Yes. Spice has also eliminated a relation with Sally. Can no longer break through with her. But they do seem to get along together so ... it seems things change. Not having shrooms prior, one is wondering if the similarity to spice would be such if it was prior to spice experiences.

I feel the same way about sally now. I haven't been able to really breakthrough with it since spice though mixing it is great. All my shroom experiences since spice actually have been more meaningful and deeper than they used to be. Even on low doses I have pretty strong spiritual experiences. I haven't had any acid since I started using DMT so I don't know how it'll be affected yet.

SWIM has only tried LSD once since seriously taking up DMT, and for her, getting to where she wanted took more time, but she definitely got there at the peak. Maybe the places you want to go have changed since starting with the spice, and now you need to change how you approach Lucy?

I have always treated lucy the same, with respect and adoration. I have probably only broken through with her maybe 3-4 times out of the countless times we've dated but after spice it almost seems as if breaking through with her would take an astounding amount and i feel that would just be a, not waste, but misappropriation...i guess.

They all have their own place I guess. I think DMT is more challenging and somehow makes me be more astounded at the mistery, but acid is great for getting insights, appreciating nature in a more manageable way, listening to or playing music, etc.

High doses of acid can be awesome if its appropriate set and setting Smile

I dunno I personally dont like DMT any more than I like psilocin. Mushrooms and DMT/ayahuasca are are my favorites and nothing compares to them so far in my experience. I dont even find DMT to be deeper or more intense than psilocin, just that you can smoke DMT and smoked experiences while very intense are just not the same thing as either a large dose of mushrooms or ayahuasca..so I dont tend to "breakthrough" with mushrooms or ayhahuasca, though I have and can say that DMT definatily does not take mushrooms down from whatever pedestal they may be up on. I took about 3g of cubes in a tea 2 months ago and I was literally obliterated..I broke through exactly the way I do with DMT, except it went on and on and on and I was stuck in it for a long time and it certainly reminded me of why I have such a love and fear of mushrooms at the same time. Now, 3g used to not be THAT large of a dose for me, but maybe after all my DMT use that has changed, I am not really sure. I did have experiences like that before DMT with mushrooms as well but usually at like 5g or so.

So I guess DMT might have actaully had the reverse effect for me on mushrooms compared to the origional posters experience with LSD after DMT..the mushrooms hit me harder and harder. I took only 1g in a tea for the last 2 weeks every 7 days first thing in the am and it was both times comparable to what 2-2.5g used to do to me. harmala micro-doses at night might factor in as well.

LSD I cant say, I barely remember acid anymore but I do remember that I didnt find it as interesting as DMT or mushrooms, or mescaline even. Maybe that is more about where I was at the time I cant say and dont have any intentions of taking LSD at the moment so...

Long live the unwoke.

Mushrooms and dmt are great combination too, not only together in time but also in general, I think they "match" well, often insights or even visuals can be very similar.

Uhhhh, yeahhhh:Rolling eyes ...I did that only onceShocked ..I drank ayahuasca with minxx, caapi and mimosa, she then convinced me we should take mushrooms as well..so we ate a bit of mushrooms..then I decided I should smoke a hit of DMTShocked Shocked ..lets just say I havent yet tried that again.

I would like to try just mushrooms and DMT without the ayahuasca though next time before I take all 3 again.

I would agree that LSD is great for things like camping, hiking, and music is just a must to me while partaking. As far as shrooms i am comp oblivious, still have my S-card if you will. But the insights i get from spice are astounding in their own right, i just cant fully comprehend them like i can(or could) with LSD

I dont know about mushrooms and harmalas, I always hear bad experiences with that. I meant vaporizing dmt during mushroom experience

no no it wasnt bad at all..it was a great experience just very weird, intense and rediculousily alien..it wasnt really threatening or anything like that like I hear about some peoples experience combining mushrooms with harmalas. I will definatily combine mushrooms with caapi again, just leave out the mimosa and vaped DMT the next few times...

Interesting thread,

I can't honestly say, since I haven't dosed on acid for almost 20 years now. Still, I've had more experiences with LSD than any other psychedelic. I would estimate that I had at the very least, 150 or more complete breakthrough experiences on acid. Some of them so powerful and transcendental that even Spice may not have been so profound? But then again... NN-DMT is a very special magik, that's for sure! And the insights and realizations seem to stay with you for a much more prolonged period of time.

Of course, the last acid I owned was an entire sheet of fresh, clean blotter form the NYC Grateful Dead show. I kept it in my freezer for nearly 2 months and I went very deep on a multitude of occasions. Despite my photographic memory, it's really hard to compare the two, given the unique aspects and characteristics of each of these Sacred Medicines and the considerable time lapse between experiences. I will say this, DMT is so fast it can be difficult to adjust to... Kaboom!!! Whereas Lucy takes her sweet time with you. Often times too much time? Shocked

I can't compare how Salvinorin A has changed for me, as I didn't smoke Salvia Divinorum until after I had smoked DMT first. On some levels they are symbiotic for me, regardless of their differences. I have eaten mushrooms since my initiation into the world of Spice and these voyages are even higher and more beautiful than before! Now I see the Grid every time I eat them. The pair of these molecules are close kin. So, I suspect acid would be the same way for me. You know, even higher. I'll keep you guys posted about the effects of Sacred Cacti, since blasting off with DMT. I am about to take a Journey to Ixtlan for the first time in almost 20 years. Wink

Peace, love & light

I like psychedelics, I love DMT.
Black then white are all I see in my infancy.
Red and yellow then came to be,
reaching out to me, lets me see.
There is so much more and it beckons me to look though to these,
infinite possibilities.
As below so above and beyond I imagine,
drawn outside the lines of reason.
Push the envelope. Watch it bend.

Like Rising Spirit I too havent taken LSD for almost 2 decades and I dont think I will again (but never say never, right?Smile ); IMO its duration when taking decent doses is something I dont have the stamina for anymore.

I think that knowing what I do, if I was presented with the option of having access to only one psychedelic for the duration of my lifespan, I would definitely go for DMT because this compound is flexible, allowing you to voyage for as long as you wish without having to wait several hours for the fun to start. This is via FB and even better, changa. And slowly but surely I am psyching myself up for an oral mission at some point, just for that longer experience which is still less protracted than a good dose of acid. This is not to say that I dont see the merits of LSD-I just think DMT is superior for the reasons mentioned and for the depth of the experience it provides.
I am paranoid of my brain. It thinks all the time, even when I'm asleep. My thoughts assail me. Murderous lechers they are. Thought is the assassin of thought. Like a man stabbing himself with one hand while the other hand tries to stop the blade. Like an explosion that destroys the detonator. I am paranoid of my brain. It makes me unsettled and ill at ease. Makes me chase my tail, freezes my eyes and shuts me down. Watches me. Eats my head. It destroys me.

All depends for me. With Mushies/DMT/LSD I tend to get roughly the same visuals, sure they are slightly different in the way the effect the mind, but while meditating on any of them I now just see roughly Alex Grey style visuals with my own soul and feeling mixed into an ever changing mandelbrot fractal.

I don't consider DMT the "best of the best", it has its place: for instant meditation. LSD has its place: for love, caring, understanding, and a slow building hard peeking experience. Mushrooms are there to just destroy me and turn my thoughts into 5000 different topics which all conclude in the same question: "What?".

I used to abuse, and just have fun with hallucinogens... and sure it was ok for awhile, but then I asked myself "What good is this? I'm not letting myself learn anything." And I even thought each drug was totally different... then I started meditating, and not partying on them. I started becoming nature, and closing my eyes and using my blindness to enhance the senses of my body... and now I see the same visuals on each hallucinogen (when I'm meditating).

I think LSD+Mushrooms would be one hell of an experience, and then top that off with a perfect meditation spot in the middle of the forest in a clearing with the sun shining right on me and take a dose of DMT on top of that... I think I might actually become one with my consciousness... and maybe I won't come back... and I'm not ready for that yet.
01:13:08 ‹Ellis DEmpty› I met the people living in my head... I disturbed them while they were sitting down at the table.... They were as shocked as I was!

We were born too soon to explore the cosmos, and to late to explore the earth. Our frontier is the human mind; religion is the ocean we must cross.

Indeed, Ellis, the combination of LSD and psilocybin/psilocin is very nice indeed but IME its hard to pin down the specific effects of each-apart from the fact that you are still significantly addled when the psilocybin has been metabolized (and clearly receding in its effects at about the 3 hour mark).

If you're gonna take LSD and youve shrooms to hand then its a winning combination as your going to be awake for 12 hours if you do LSD with or without the psilocybin.
