I found another interview with him on YouTube (this time he's interviewed by Daniel Pinchbeck):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wvi4nR5KuQJodorowsky gives such a huge contrast to this neurotic, self-indulgent, individualized, alien-infused mental masturbation... it's very painful. (Especially because I'm still there on Pinchbeck's side and can totally identify with him.)
I hate this trap.
You should realise there are no "sides". Pinchback's "side" is merely a stage of development.
I recognise myself too in Pinchback's Neuroticism, underlying paranoya and compulsive need to "show off" the intellect.
Don't feel painfull when confronted with this part of self.
I laughed and smiled when I recognised the same foolish, ignorant and neurotic egoic behaviour in myself.
For recognising this is a sign that a greater Awareness is rising. Jodorowsky obviously ascended this egoic state, which makes him an excellent teacher.
His way of being is even more enlightening than his words; Look at how at peace Jodorowsky is? Look at how open he is to Pinchback's assertions and interpretations; He neither dismisses them, nor does he take them too serious. He just takes them into consideration.
I would really like to meet the man myself. If he lives in Paris that is not at all difficult to do for me.
