So tonight I smoked a DMT joint rolled with the herbs from Ecstacy brand herbal cigarettes. Although I only had enough spice for my two friends and I to get minor tracers and a dream-like state of mind, I found the experience qualitatively different from smoking spice in a weed joint or through a bowl on top of ash. The trip was much calmer, meditative, and free from the overwhelming anxiety I usually get at the onset of a smoked spice journey.

I think this has to do with the herbs we used to make the joint. Even hours after smoking, I still feel very calm and content which is an unusual state of mind for me on a Friday night. I'm loving these herbal cigarettes. They burn well, are easy to roll, make the trip much more enjoyable, are commonly available, and at just a few dollars per pack, they're very affordable. I think if I ever decide to make Changa, this would be my admixture of choice. However, the box says these cigarettes are tobacco and nicotine free and are made with a blend of exotic herbs, but it doesn't list any specific ingredients. So I'm a bit skeptical of smoking them with Harmalas in a changa blend as I have no clue how they will interact with an MAOI.

Has anyone else had any experiences with Ecstacy herbal cigarettes, especially used in Changa? How would you say it compares to other common changa admixtures?

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

i personally don't have any experience with changa, but i can relate to how you were feeling. I once soaked a cigarette in one of my pulls and let the solvent evaporate, giving me a DMT freebase infused cigarette which i smoked and it was probably very close to the feeling you had with your herbal cigarettes. Its very relaxing and it doesn't bring you up fast, it slowly pulls you up to the dream like energy that you feel around you.

I enjoy rolling 140mgs dmt up in a joint with damiana, it is the only way my girl friend will smoke DMT. your right it does feel very relaxing and comes on very gentle. I've broken threw a couple of times hitting the joint hard at the very end. I did this outside at Niagra Falls 2 weekends ago it was a very beautiful experience Very happy

Wow! Niagra Falls must look and sound incredible on DMT!

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who enjoys dmt-laced joints/cigarettes.
So far it's my preferred method of ingestion. It's so foolproof to smoke, vaporizes very efficiently, and ofcourse you can get that feeling of slowly transitioning into a dream. However, I'll save the herbal cigarettes for straight dmt, as I don't want to risk an adverse reaction with MAOIs. If I do ever make changa, I think I'll opt for the Electric Sheep recipe. The sweet and sour taste and calming feel of blue lotus always makes it a pleasure to smoke.
