Dear Seraph,
Citalopram has a halflife of 35 hours
this means after 35 hours your liver has broken down only half of the dose.
Following the classical theorem of halflife it would take someones liver 140 hours to get on a level where only 6.25 % is left over in the body. So it takes roughly a week to get really rid of the stuff.
As far as I know, agree with FastFourierT,
serotonin syndrome mostly appears in combination with a MAOI. But if you follow that link you´ll see there are other possibilities too!
My suggestion: Stay save and wait at least a week!
