Title pretty much says it all. Does anyone know if K9 units are capable of smelling LSD on a strip of blotter? "Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind" - Albert Einstein

Atum appears on the smell of his censing, the Sunshine- god has risen in the sky, the Mansion of the pyramidion is in joy and all its inmates are assembled, a voice calls out within the shrine, shouting reverberates around the Netherworld." - Egyptian Book of the Dead

no LSD is odorless so i wouldn't worry about it. yes i am sure they can smell out impurities from a blotter, and you are right they do not train dogs to sniff that stuff out. Thank you very much. That was the answer I was looking (and hoping) for. I already took into account that just because humans can't smell it doesn't make it odorless, and also that the dogs aren't trained to sniff it out, but I just wanted that confirmation, so thanks. Sigma Aldrich sells a LSD scent for training dogs, FYI. It's probably not very common to train dogs with it, but it does exist, so it's possible. http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/cat...5=0&QS=ON&F=SPEC
