SWIM is interested in the q21q21 tek 1 in order to yield jimjam, but in reading through other teks has found that phosphoric acid would help with the yield.

SWIM is thinking that the ratio of MHRB to solution would be 1:2, just as in the tek, but would need to modify the solution instead of 1:1 vinegar to water. SWIM would need to create a water/phosphoric acid solution with a PH of 4.

Questions:
-Would there be an issue with replacing the vinegar with phosphoric acid in the acidification step, still be able to use lime in the basification step, and yield jimjam as the final product?

-Is the assumption of the water/phosphoric acid solution correct?
