My girlfriend suggested vaporizing some spice on Sunday. I have been feeling fairly cautions about journeying, but this day felt right. It had been three weeks since our last journey.

We opened the shades of our bedroom windows which are facing a long deep stand of deciduous trees of which a few are starting to turn the autumn colors. It was a nice sunny afternoon and a gentle breeze was passing through the leaves just moving them slightly.

I weighed approximately 30 mg of spice and put it into the GVG, and I weighed another 45 mg and put it in a piece of paper for ready use. I coached her through taking a hit, and she took most of the spice and held it in. She closed her eyes and I know she broke through. I rubbed her back gently because I know that she feels more secure with my touch when she journeys. After about 5 minutes she opened her eyes and described that she went through some kind of tubular structure and saw the amazing kaleidoscope of colors. She heard hissing carrier wave sounds. She was seeing mouths, lips and noses on the wood grain of the dresser. I told her she did not need to talk.

I poured the 45 mg of spice from the paper into the GVG. I got onto the bed and sat next to my girlfriend. I refilled the torch lighter with butane to be sure that it would not run out of my gas during my launch.

I took a small initial puff to melt the spice into the screens and copper wadding. I inhaled and exhaled fully three times, and then I lit the GVG drawing a dense strand of white vapor into my lungs. I continued inhaling until there was only clear air in the GVG stem, and my girlfriend took the pipe from me.

I held my breath until I could not hold it any more and started exhaling. The room started pixelating, and she told me later on that my eyes started vibrating back and forth like I was in REM sleep. I leaned over to hug her because I knew this was going to be heavy, and she is very comforting to me. When I leaned over I felt my arms go around her and I leaned up against her body. She grasped me and then I felt like I disappeared inside her body. It was as if I was inside her, but all I could see was this incredible bright light that was dazzling like the sun. I felt electric shock sensations up and down my arms and legs like jolts of energy.

It felt like my consciousness had crossed past her skin and deep inside her body. She told me at t+10 that she had felt me inside her.. and no you dirty minded ones... this was not a sexual encounter. She felt my spirit cross over and go into her.
I was quite startled by melding with my girlfriend, and after a time (I do not know how long) I started pulling away from her. I saw the light inside her as I moved away and it appeared to be missing a chunk where I had pulled away from her.

I sat up and looked outside at the trees, and I could see two motions. The wind was moving them slightly back and forth, but I saw the leaves and each of the trees 'breathing'. I started welling up with tears and told my girlfriend, "The trees are very sad because of what us stupid human monkeys are doing to them. This was at time +15 minutes for me and time +25 minutes for her. We talked and laughed like little children about the amazing experience of this journey.

I am unbelievably grateful to be alive and it seems even more so than before this spice journey. It has been about 31 hours since that time, and this journey has left a very lasting impression on me. I know that I actually saw the fire at the core of the spirit of my lover, my lady in my life. She knows that I was there because she felt my presence inside here when I went into hyperspace.

I am lucky to have a partner who enjoys these voyages with me both in hyperspace and more importantly with our feet firmly planted on the surface of mother earth.

So wonderful to hear! I recall Terrence McKenna relating a similar experience with psilocybin mushrooms where he and his love shared the same visions. I believe they were touching their legs together or were otherwise in close proximity.

It just makes me wonder at all we cannot see with our simple two eyes.

Yes you're lucky to have such a good partner to share the experience. My wife has nothing against psychedelics and shows me as much understanding as she is capable of, but she's afraid to try any of these substances out. I don't want to push her but I know she would benefit a lot from a good trip on shrooms for example.
