I got an STB extraction goin.. 100gram pre-powdered to 1,500ml's freebased water from 180grams of NaOH dissolved into the water and its in a 1/2gallon chocolate milkjug....

I just added 200ml's of naphtha to it, and now im wondering,....can i use the brown lid for the jug to mix? The lid is a normal chocolate milkjug dark colored lid...

The milk jug is just open right now and i cant mix it because i dont know what to use for the lid?

I used a normal red milkjug lid and i got it mixing and seperating right now,...i will mix it all of today and most of tomorrow and then pull with a turkey baster and do a sodium carbonate wash on the naphtha then freeze precip it

We'll see how it goes,...i will post pics

Well,..while mixing earlier today, the naphtha quickly went pretty yellow so i pulled, did the sodium carbonate wash, and froze it for only about a few hours in a 1/2pint jar and got the bottom covered...I would post a pic if i had the cord to my phone that lets me

I just suck at smoking it,...i tried to smoke it on top of a bowl of mary-jane,...but i burn it

The 1st pull has been sitting on the table drying since yesterday and it is about the size of a milkjug lid sitting on the table

Going to do the 2nd pull pretty soon after i blaze a few bowls

Just wanted to say 200ml of naphtha is a lot for 100g of bark. Why not use 70-100ml to save from wasting solvent? You end up having to evap it down anyways to make it saturated enough for the crystals to crash out in the freezer. Just a thought. Good luck...

In my experience doing small naptha pulls is only needed if doing quick cold water extractions. Doing 2 bigger pulls with a heat bath and letting sit longer means 4 pulls etc isnt really nexessary imo.

Well,...i went to pull the 2nd pull,...and i froze to see ALOT of gunk and fat and brownish spice....so i let it redissolve in some hot water, and did a sodium carbonate water wash on it and i now have it in the freezer and it is precip'n less fats but still its pretty nasty,...

It looks like the 1st pull was the only nice, and probably most of the good DMT in there...now im fightin with fats and my naphtha is almost brownish...lol

It doesn't even seem like the sodium carbonate water did anything really..well,...i will see in the morning when i go to scrape the 2nd pull

I dont know i dont have a digi...the 1st pull is on the left and the 2nd pull is on the right

Ima pull the 3rd tomorrow maybe, but its a bitch to pull because the naphtha is so dark colored and the milkjug is only haf see through

And i gotta do sodium carbonate water washes on every pull just to yield some good spice without too much fats...so ima wait till i get some jelly jars to do the washes before i do the next pull
