Hello my friend is doing the lextek. In the acid cook stage where you have to leave DMT containing plant material in a saucepan for an hour my friend asks do you have to keep stirring it or can he just leave it to cook for an hour, will the bottom of the saucepan burn if my friend leaves it to cook without touching it for an hour?

Also if my friend has to stir it should he use a wooden spoon or a big stainless steel spoon?
