hello nexus glad to of found you! swim is doing there first extraction with ppmhb. next time they might try using pillow case to hold ppmhb cuz it got messy to strain! anyways they added naoh and got black with little white streaks. then they did first pull of naphtha (150ml) and threw 1st pull in freezer split in two separate small jars.
They just checked freezer after hour and half and noticed cloudy naphtha. Is this or the white streaks in black base mix signs that they have extracted alkaloids? ty

Cloudy naptha is a happy sign of crystals to come...

What TEK you use if I may ask?

im not sure about the white streaks, maybe it wasnt so much base to turn the whole thing black? If your yield is not so good or if you get emulsions, add more base. (btw, are you sure your NaOH is pure ?) Im not sure if they are necessarily alkaloids precipitating or if it could be other components of mimosa that change colour when in a high pH solution.. In any case, if the naphtha is cloudy, that is generally a good sign, but it might also be that its cloudy but still not saturated enough so maybe not all (or not much) of the dmt will precipitate.

You said you used 150ml naphtha per pull, but how much mimosa was it? If after 12-24 hours there isnt too much crystals there or not at all or something, take it out of the freezer, evap to half the volume and stick it in the freezer again. If there are significant amount of crystals, check this link out on a tip how to retrieve them. Remember to reuse the naphtha after getting the crystals.

swim went with the marsofold's tek very simple even for them!!! was a little anxious and did a quick pull to precipitate then checked pH and decided to add more naoh before second pull. they checked freezer this morning and the second pull was where all the spice was. poured off in freezer but the filter papers in funnel could not get liquid through fast enough so didnt get crystals on paper only on jar. so it went straight back to freezer, have to wait for night time to evap down outside.
have not had before very excited to try... only hallucinate left for me.. yes!!! might wait till after world cup so i can remember lol. think i'll try the mj spice sandwich in the ol' bong. ty for quick responses! i'll for sure post an introduction endlessness in next day or two. my first forum so bare with me lol
