I'm terrible at introductions, so I'll simply start with the facts; my name is Aidan, and I'm from Boston. I've spent my life pursuing the strange and bizarre. This eventually led to the works of Terence McKenna, Grant Morrison, Alan Moore, and many others; this in turn has convinced me that there is more to life than physical matter, and I wish to learn more about that elusive aspect of nature. The Nexus seems to contain a wealth of knowledge regarding this, and being of an inquisitive nature, I wish to be recognized as a full member of these forums so that I may explore the depths of reality. What is the point of all this shit anyway? I mean all of it. Humans make up bullshit stories about where they came from and where they're going, and then they live in them. They turn the whole of Eternity into a fucking soap opera.
Reality is messy and scary. Stories give a kind of shape to it.
