After SWIM has experienced God he feels high for two days already. Slowly but surely it does not feel well, and SWIM wants to feel normal again. What are the tools to come down?

Physical exercise perhaps?

A hike in the forest, climbing up some hills (not the dangerous, but the exhausting kind), letting it out with sweat, concentrating constantly on the next step ahead of you.

I've had similar experience, never 2 days though. As gammagore mentioned, it would be helpful to know what substance sent you to this place.

Eat, drink and exercise. Get your body living and filtering.

Sometimes it just takes time. You need to integrate whatever happened to you.

What is normal? Its all relative. Maybe experiencing "God" recalibrated you and you are normal just that your not used to it. Think about it. The bum walking down the street talking to himself feels normal. Remember there is no normal its all in your head what society considers "normal" . But I guess you could try exercise lol Very happy

I got stuck in a trip for three days recently (*no spice involved).

YOGA, YOGA, YOGA is an amazing way to ground yourself, still the mind, communicate with the body... and then feel really good!

Some healthy but grounding food, lots of water, avoid any other even mildly psychoactive substances at all time (like cacao), find some good friends to talk to, etc.

This also inspired a lot of panic and upset in me. Once I realized I wasn't dying or in any physical danger, and how to recognize the symptoms of panic, I found that if I distracted my mind, it was impossible to freak out. Music helped, and reading worked even better, in my case.

Blessings. Smile

GABA is an over the counter supplement, and "is the chief inhibitory neurotransmitter in the mammalian central nervous system. It plays a role in regulating neuronal excitability throughout the nervous system." http://en.wikipedia.org/.../Gamma-Aminobutyric_acid It will help calm your mind and body by inhibing the excitibility of everything. It's a blanket effect supplement. You might want to take 250-500mg before sleep, or whenever you want to relax.

Also, as someone else said, probably the best cure for depression is exercise. HARD exercise. Ass kicking, bring you to your knees exercise. It will exhaust you, it will release all the pent up, extreme energy overload you had after your difficult experience. I've also found ice cold water therapy works great for depression as well. Cold really puts the fire back in you. Then take some GABA. Don't take GABA before exercise, that would be counterproductive. Only take GABA if you know you're not going to be doing anything.

imho total sobriety for proper integration. don't eat supplements or haze your brain.

what has worked for me:

daily stretching for circulation (look up guides online, 30 min is good start), strict sleep schedule (not too much, waking at the same time each day), time in sun (20min+), time around other people (social interaction helps you get out of your head).

diet of brown rice, vegetables, 'complete' protein powder, lots of water.

keep busy, productive, and focus on the moment.

choice in music/media can play a role. a book that's easy to read gives your thoughts direction, though if that's too much then clearmind to something non-stimulating like shoegaze or popular country music to give your brain a break.

enjoy.

The Grounding Exercises described in Biology of Kundalini have really helped me during periods of exteriorization.

Best of luck, be cool, be well.
