My friend refuses to try the lightbulb method. No, we do not have drill bits n' shit to make the machine, nor am I 21 and able to get a bottle of hennessy.

He says a soldering iron would work perfect for DMT in a bowl. This I"m not so sure.

He also wants to use an electric vaporizor to smoke the DMT and idk if this will work either.

I told him bowls don't work as good. I've smoked out of a bubbler with weed+dmt+weed and I felt like I wasted so much.

We used the lightbulb and 130 mg between 3 people for a total of 8 trips and there was STILL stuff left over. I compared that to my friends smoking 140 mg out of two bowls for a total of 4 trips.

There's a difference.

If you're using a bic lighter with the lightbulb it's a complete waste of time. Get a jet butane lighter, as with crack pipes it's a difference of night and day. I never actually vaped out of a lightbulb, but suggested to someone who was hell bent on using one to try a jet lighter when they said a bic wasnt doing anything for them but leaving black soot on the outside of the bulb. He had success using the bulb that way.

As far as soldering irons (such as the pothead's modified hakko) go, this is a potentially unsafe tool to use unless you have a buddy who is going to be responsible for it during the entire experience, and even then these things are risky. Many a weed smoker who has used rigged soldering irons has burned himself or come close to torching his house. With DMT, such unsafe devices shouldn't even be considered. You could always make changa and just smoke it out of a regular bowl if you're having too much trouble acquiring a good freebase device.

Can he use an electric vaporizor?

Seems that's the only method he'll use.

He can't smoke weed because of a drug test, but wants to use ashes then a layer of dmt then more ashes out of a water pipe OR a vaporizer if that's a better method. THe vape has a bong attachment so you can smoke it that way.

In theory, I suppose an electronic vape would work. You'd want to amke sure there's plenty of leaf or screens below your spice to ensure that it doesnt just melt into the heating element. Personally, I would avoid using an electronic vaporizer for spice, if only because they're expensive and I wouldn't want it reeking of dmt when vaping anything else. I'd try it out of the waterpipe and see how that goes before throwing it in the vape.

I've done the soldering iron thing before. It works very well for herb, but you need a finer machine for DMT. You can get a whip vape for like 30-40 bucks. It looks close to the efficiency of a GVG.

Dremel heat gun with a small dry bong is ideal for swim.

It is possible to design an attachment to the heat gun with a teflon tube and a mouthpiece.
