SO how would you proceed exactly to saturate water with fumaric acid ?
Not just dumping a teaspoon of fumaric in the water .

yes, just dumping excess fumaric acid and shaking a lot.. some fumaric should stay undissolved in the bottom. if it doesnt, add more. After mixing, let it settle, pour off the FASW water from the undissolved fumaric acid on the bottom and thats it

That's it ? Because I tried once and it seemed to don't mix well with water (at least not as well as with acetone), looking like all would stay in suspension
maybe water needs a very tiny amount of fumaric to saturate ?

yes thats it, its very little fumaric acid needed to saturate. Remember to shake well for a while to make sure it really dissolved all it can.

6.4mgs of fumaric acid per ml of water.

Just for the record, FASW will need seperating from the solvent and evapppppping, FASI however will dump out a bunch of crystals and is much more pleasurable.

Is it true that if you use FASI, that you need to rinse the solvent (limonene, naptha, xylene, etc) with water in order to use it again?
These aren't the droids you're looking for.

yes, because the IPA will be mixed with limonene, so you need to wash the limonene several times with water to remove the IPA. Just make sure you have waited long enough for all crystals to precipitate (like a few days, and adding more FASI after retrieving crystals to see if more precipitation happens, and only if not, then wash), otherwise whatever dmt you still had in the limo will be lost in the water wash
