Im a little freaking out right now. I smoked DMT started to feel it, then went back for a second big hit. Holy F-Word! A loud ringing started up almost just blocking out all sound. my room did not look right, nothing changed physically but it didnt look like it was real. i dont know how else to say that. My body suck into my bed like i melted into my bed like the outline of the bed and myself were blurred. my arms looked weird, like fake even. my body clenched and started vibrating intensely. Like I felt like every molecule was about to vibrated and torn apart. my entire room felt this way. I was very scared. I wished for death, all i keep saying to myself was that I was sorry and I shouldnt have done this. I felt close to death. it was an intense feeling. it hards to remember it all. lol only 5 min ago. ok, i remember after the body vibration thing i slowly came back and stopped vibrating and began see shit. i say geometric shapes on the walls i dont remember much about that. the room went white i think. im still shaky a lil. i came back to reallity. i was thinking of taking more, as if i was close to breaking thru but i got scared. anyone have any insight that could help me please. thanks so much.

sounds like you got close!!!

I find it helps to get in a comfortable spot where one can lay down(if needed)
take your tokes and close your eyes!

Like stevo said find yourself a comfortable spot and just relax. The fear can be hard to overcome but you have to realize there is nothing to fear. Try meditating a bit before smoking, that works for me.

It's your mind's natural reaction to resist a powerful reprogramming of consciousness. Once you breakthrough and see firsthand the beauty that exists on the other side you'll understand why there is no reason to be afraid.

best of luck
My mind craves nectar day and night.
Like a blue lotus floating on the sea of love.
Lingering in ashantic realms
Lingering in the akashic realms
Lingering in, lingering in the realms.
Blue lotus floats, floating, floating..
Some laugh, some weep, some dance for joy.
My mind craves nectar day and night.

ok, thanks guys for the advice. Especially Ekstasis, that made me feel so much better. I hope to get to the other side on this next trip. I only have a small amount left hopefully it'll be enough. this time ill mediate a little, lie down and close my eyes. and not be afraid. Also, do i have to "let go" or is there nothing i can do to stop it; I would just need to take more to get the breakthru? Thanks much guys!

Sounds like our bodies react in similar ways to the spice. My first few attempts I noticed my body would twitch and slowly move around. Death is probably the first thing that came to mind for me as well. I thought I had died. I came to the sudden realization that it's not so bad and I accepted it. After this I no longer feared death, and I stopped twitching while under the effects.

The white room, yes. No doubt you saw a glimpse of the other side. The are often white overall. At higher doses I could hardly recognize anything as a wall, but it's still white in general.

If you still feel your body you havnt smoked enough or your smoking tech needs to be refined. Load up 30-40mgs and take it in one long slow hit relax and hold the hit in forever. Its garaunteed to fix you right up.

Would it be classified as a breakthrough or not? When I smoked sub breakthrough doses all I ever got was light visuals and air ripples, either its extremely powerful or rather subdued for me. But sounds like success! Or close to it anyways, if your having trouble letting go maybe a less intense psychedelic is for you until you become more comfortable with ego loss and tearing asunder the consciousness. DMT is insane for me, but after what I've experienced with mushrooms I find it a lot easier to handle then I would have before.

I smoked DMT for close to a year before finally having a breakthrough. I thought that I was breaking through, but when it happened, it was like a nuclear explosion went off in my face. Imagine the shock a baby feels during the transition from the womb. It was violent, earth shattering, and loud as hell. I panicked too and couldn't believe it because it bore no resemblance to any other smoked DMT trip, it was like a totally different drug, like God blasted me with a rocket. Since then, I have only broken through like that once or twice more. When I don't break through I still get to interesting places, but there is nothing like that blast that takes you to the deepest recesses of infinity. I don't think you broke through because when it happens, there is never a doubt. You will know it with every cell in your body, it will be the most real thought you ever had. It is breathtaking and can be downright frightening.
