I was thinking about it during my vegetal fisiology lesson... of how much auxin looks like triptofan (it has indeed the indolic ring).
So, do you think it can be active?

auxin is a plant hormone. it's indole acetic acid, a plant metabolite of tryptophan.
it's also more closely related to gramine than the other molecules you posted

I know what is (I've done almost all plant hormons, both in effect and biosynthesis path), but I thought gramine can be more difficoult to find (and more toxic).

I think gramine is more similar to the other molecoule I've posted, for the ammine extra, that's for sure

I doubt it is very psychoactive, if active at all. Nettles contains auxine, and they have no real effect. They do have some weak stimulating effect, but nothing to speak of. Less than coffee or tea.
