There are MANY different systems out there designed to explain/work with the energies at hand.
By learning as many as you can
you can find connections to all the others,
as well as find descriptions/methods that work in your own praxis.

TCM (traditional chinese medicine) is a great system, but I would be weary of youtube chi healers.
