, vacuum pump, cold water pump and the list goes on, most of it never used and a lot dumped, seldom anything new, I love a bargain and when I was in this buying phase if was £1000 piece of kit once I got for less that £100 I bought it.
I had a lot a glass ware but i have probably broken 30%, nothing hurts more when you break a condenser wort £60 you just bought to replace the one broke through clumsiness.
My wife is Chinese her English fairly simple and she is also living her life how she wants, simple! Allergic to alcohol and never touched an narcotic. So here I am all set with chemicals I will never need, equipment that I will never need 6 Teks nin freezer crystalising but can't remember which is which as made over coarse of 3 weeks and Mr no notes or label here was slightly high when experimenting.
I have recently purchased various extracts of MHRB 100 to 1 Harmala 50 to 1 and ACRB 100 to 1 . 2 teks contain trials. I am just about to complete a 50g Harmsla extract making into a past with water and 50g sodium carbonate, when half dried I added 50 MEK (god knows why!) This turned into a resin like substance that is currently in my dehydrator which happens to be my wife old Ninja Air Fryer that does have a dehydrator function, I can not recommend enough what an excellent piece of laboratory kit this is, purchased a refurbished one of a site, I can have non direct heat with fantastic air movement from temperatures of 40c to 250c (max 120 used on bake as dehydrator function is 90c max.
I plan to use the limosene Tek on here for the extraction but did increase the sodium carbonate by x2 as using an extract, should do tonight if dry enough, (I have even nicked the Aw analyser from work as they only use moisture one as no can be bothered to learn (I am MD so I am allowed to nick my own stuff)
I haven't completed a Tek yet with the extract so curious to see. Has any of you guys or girls experimented with them, I bought some others that I will ask this forum if any use. I go on these sites and click, click then it arrives and I think why the (nearly swore) hell have I bought my wife's favourite description!
I still have 500ml dichloramethane which is meant from the little research I have done one of the best solvents to get maximum yields so any teks that you established extractors recommend and what it replaces is welcomed and a step by step procedure can be posted, it use to be the main ingredient in paint stripper but now has been substituted, so availability in other countries I don't know, toulene I purchased a 5l of a floor specialist firm for the removal of fats before laying epoxy floor, I currently have on my shelf hexane pentane heptane, xytol, tuelene, die ether either amongst many other different chemicals some just 50ml, as mentioned I am extremely fortunate to be able to by my R&D supplies through my business.
