Well guys something just flashed through my mind...the name of a book that I've read 5 years ago-ETIDORPHA...maybe some of you haven't read it yet so here is a link-you can read online the whole book, I myself bought it 3 years ago because I think it's worth having around- http://www.holloworbs.com/EtidorhpaContents.htmThe ones who have read it will definitely agree that it is an amazing book...just read it and tell me what you think...believe me you will not be disappointed, just try it... Interesting how the name flashed through my mind just like that...Enjoy the book and tell me what you think after you've read it I've posted this here for a reason,it's more than a book-it's a trip with words... Prison (by maymay)
The eyes are closed, Darkness unfolds, The heart is slow, within something grows Between the beats Reality slips...
‘’-It’s only a dream,it’s only a dream!’’, You wake up and scream. You go back to sleep... Everything’s still.
As the night dies with the break of the light Your spirit comes back to the kingdom of time.

I can honestly say that I probably won't read the whole thing.... ...but I did read chapter XVII (The Fungus Forest - Enchantment) and I really enjoyed it. It was published during 1895,I cannot tell you when it was written initially because he claimed each time he was asked that the story was real...taking into consideration that he was a Pharmacologist he could have experienced all that during some trips and wrote it down,as you would write down if you were tripping and something spoke to you get it ? the interesting part is that he had another hobby beside his job... Quote:" So men perverted, misconstruing the aim of science, answer the cry of humanity," he said. " One by one the cherished treasures of Christianity have been stolen from the faithful. What, to the mother, can replace the babe that has been lost?”
" The next world," I answered, " offers a comfort."
" Bah," he said; " does not another searcher in that same science field tell the mother that there is no personal hereafter, that she will never see her babe again ? One man of science steals the body, another man of science takes away the soul, the third annihilates heaven; they go like pestilence and famine, hand in hand, subsisting on all that craving humanity considers sacred, and offering no tangible return beyond a materialistic present. This same science that seems to be doing so much for humanity will continue to elevate so-called material civilization until, as the yeast ferment is smothered in its own excretion, so will science-thought create conditions to blot itself from existence, and destroy the civilization it creates. Science is heartless, notwithstanding the personal purity of the majority of her helpless votaries. I enjoyed this bit.
